Volunteer at the Light Show

LMC Lights began in 2006 with a desire to provide the community with a spectacular free event, that families could come and enjoy each year during the special season of Christmas.  Over the years the display has grown in size and attracts more than 10,000 visitors annually.

You are welcome to attend at any time, watch one song, or watch the full half an hour show. Bring a picnic rug and some snacks as you sit back and enjoy, or buy a treat from the Refill Café which is open for coffee, cold drinks, ice creams and other snacks. Don’t want to sit outside, you can tune into 89.5FM and watch from your car!

The lights are free to view, however donations for the Amari Community Development Organisation are welcome, via the box at the front of the display or at the cafe window. All proceeds go towards helping orphaned and vulnerable children  in Uganda.
